LABOR PROTECTION
To ensure the highest level of labor protection, we acquired a new cutting-edge high-tech cleaning complex, which is used to process all stockpiles. We purchased new tunneling machines, as well as coal seams preliminary degassing equipment compliant with the current industrial safety requirements. We regularly conduct training events related to safety regulations. Our employees are aware of the importance of strict compliance with these rules. We have strict operating standards that are an integral part of our industry.
ECOLOGY OF PRODUCTION
The underground coal mining method that we practice has a much less negative impact on the soil and the environment compared to the open-cut mining method. We adhere to modern standards of waste treatment and disposal. Enriched products are class V and are not environmentally hazardous waste. We properly place, store and process them.
We also use modern reclamation technologies and methods to restore the ecosystem after coal mining. Once the open mines are cleared and the coal is mined, the pits are refilled with rock and filter cake, followed by mechanical and biological reclamation methods: the ground is covered with a fertile layer and plants are planted, which helps restore the natural environment.
